1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using KiosPro ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

KiosPro is a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that provides retail management solutions including:

  • Inventory management system
  • Transaction processing and recording
  • Trade-in management
  • Bonus calculation and reporting
  • Multi-outlet support
  • WhatsApp integration for notifications
  • Automated reporting

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1. You must register for an account to use KiosPro. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of a business entity.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1. Free Trial: New users receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial period.

4.2. Subscription Plans: After the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

4.3. Payment: All fees are paid annually in advance through our payment gateway (DOKU). Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

4.4. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4.5. Refunds: Refunds are provided within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or malicious code
  • Abuse, harass, or harm others through the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

6. Data Ownership and Privacy

6.1. Your Data: You retain all rights to data you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your business data.

6.2. Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

6.3. Privacy: Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6.4. Data Backup: We perform regular backups, but you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies.

7. Service Availability and Support

7.1. We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

7.2. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

7.3. Support is provided via email and WhatsApp during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM WIB, Monday-Friday).

8. Termination

8.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

8.2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.

8.3. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KiosPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
